Engineered by Scandinavian workplace furniture specialist AJ Products, the Roller conveyor LINE Steel rollers, 1200x500 mm (Reference: 259052) delivers superior durability, functional ergonomics, and smart space efficiency tailored for professional workshop & handling equipment environments.
Design Philosophy and Overview:
Non-driven roller conveyor for handling light to medium-weight unit loads with a flat bottom such as cartons and plastic trays. The conveyor has an adjustable transport height and a resilient 8 mm axle. Maximum load applies with two support frames per 1200 mm length and with three support frames per 3000 mm. A straight, idler conveyor that simplifies handling of light and medium-weight unit loads. The roller conveyor's adjustable height makes it possible to adapt the conveyor to the loads for a comfortable work position. The roller conveyor has Ø 50 mm electro-galvanised steel rollers mounted at 105 mm c/c on a galvanised U-profile. The roller conveyor has an 8 mm in-and-out spring-loaded axle. The load capacity applies to evenly distributed loads. Adjustable support frames, fixed end stops and a splice kit for joining two straight conveyors are available as accessories (sold separately).
