5. Manufacturer Requests and Information Sharing

  • Only essential basic information is shared with manufacturers regarding requests made by architects.
  • Information provided during request discussions is not shared with third parties outside the platform.

6. Product Management and Updates

  • Manufacturers can only manage and visualize their own products.
  • Product content is the manufacturer's responsibility and is verified for accuracy and suitability by the Moon team.
  • Product information may be updated, deleted or a new version may be created without prior notice.

7. User Data Storage and Security

  • User activities are retained only in accordance with legal requirements and stored as confidential information.
  • Financial data is stored according to international standards in third-party payment services such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay. The Moon team does not have access to this information.
  • All data is stored in encrypted infrastructures to ensure the platform's security.

8. Cookies and Analytical Data
