Designed in standard 2800 x 2070 mm commercial sheet formats with Chipboard and MDF cores, an 8 to 38 mm thickness range, and double-sided Quercia texture. Quercia S181 by Italian Cleaf is a distinguished decorative melamine surface from the Door Panels collection. Blending the tactile warmth of door architecture engineered durable textures with advanced surface engineering, its uniform double-sided Quercia embossing imparts refined architectural depth to bespoke interiors. Engineered with high-density Chipboard and MDF substrates, it features a 2800 x 2070 mm standard commercial sheet format, a 3050 x 1300 mm master press size, an 8 to 38 mm thickness range, and a +0.3 mm nominal tolerance. For 3D digital renderings, a Rectangular Sample Plaque geometry is recommended. To ensure seamless design continuity, matching HPL laminates (3050 x 1300 mm / 0.6 mm ve 0.8 mm) and ABS edge bandings (15 ila 330 mm arası height / 0,5 ila 2,0 mm arası thickness) are available. The surface delivers high resistance against impact and scratches, non-porous stain resistance for effortless cleaning, and outstanding UV color fastness. Quercia S181 provides a durable, sophisticated solution for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, bespoke wardrobes, hotel millwork, and architectural wall paneling.
