Acoustic feedback is provided when the key is presented, enhancing user experience. The illuminated ring indicates the status: green for unlock, red for lock, and no LED for standby. The standard setting allows the thumbturn outside to engage with an authorized Dialock key and automatically disengage after 10 seconds, a configurable time.
