Users receive acoustic feedback when presenting their keys, while the illuminated ring provides status indications in green (unlocked), red (locked), and no LED (standby). The standard setting allows the thumbturn outside to engage with an authorized Dialock key and automatically disengage after 10 seconds, with this time being configurable based on user needs.
