Featuring an electronic reader head and thumbturn, the DT 510 allows for contactless activation using a Dialock key. Users receive acoustic feedback when the key is presented, with an illuminated ring indicating status: green for unlocked, red for locked, and no LED for standby. The standard setting engages the thumbturn with an authorized Dialock key for 10 seconds before automatically disengaging, a time that can be configured variably.
