Designed specifically for wooden flaps, this stay ensures secure opening and closing while offering a 90° opening angle for ease of use. Made from zinc alloy, it is both durable and long-lasting, with a nickel-plated finish that adds an aesthetic touch.

It accommodates lid thicknesses ranging from 16 to 28 mm, with a maximum lid width of 900 mm and a height between 280 and 400 mm. The cup drilling depth of 13 mm allows for easy installation, and the 17 mm overlay distance provides flexibility during mounting.

It can support lid weights of up to 9.5 kg and comes with 2 hinges, 2 mounting plates, and 2 soft-closing mechanisms. Note that a cover cap must be ordered separately, and a magnetic push catch should be ordered for handle-less applications. This product stands out for its ease of use and durability.
