This hinge features an integrated finger trap protection function and a two-piece design. It includes a mounting plate for attaching the upper half of the front panel and a hinge arm for fixing to the lower half. The tool-free installation is made easy with a practical clip system.

This product is nickel plated and is ideal for two-piece flaps made from wood with an aluminum frame, starting from a frame width of 20 mm. The adjustment facility is three-dimensional, allowing for side adjustment of ±2 mm, gap adjustment from -1 to +2 mm (starting from a standard gap size of 2 mm), and depth adjustment of ±1.8 mm. Please note that sheet metal screws 372.93.190 are required for two-piece flaps with an aluminum frame and must be ordered separately.
