This fitting set is designed for one-piece flaps, suitable for wood or aluminum frame applications. Thanks to the user-friendly clip system, front panel installation can be done without any tools. The opening and closing force can be continuously adjusted at the lift mechanism, and the multi-position stop feature ensures that the flap locks securely in any position.

Made from durable steel and finished with zinc plating, the Stay Flap Fitting ensures long-lasting performance. The maximum opening angle is 107 degrees, accommodating cabinet widths of up to 1800 mm. It is designed for flap heights ranging from 205 to 600 mm and can support flap weights of up to 18 kg with two lift mechanisms. The installation depth is 187 mm, and the fitting allows for 3-dimensional adjustment of opening and closing forces.
