Organic Curves Designed Home: Besso Nami

Organic Curves Designed Home: Besso Nami

As part of a recently completed project, 314 Architecture Studio designed a new residential project for the coastal area in a southern suburb. The main design concept behind the proposed residence, called Besso Nami, is to create an organic language for both external and internal forms that provides privacy from the sea while ensuring unobstructed views.

The Besso Nami residence covers a total area of 436 square meters. On the ground floor, a generous space is created that includes a 5-meter high kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Glass panels extend across the entire perimeter, blurring the line between the interior and exterior, and allowing the bedroom and living room areas to extend into the garden area.

On the first floor of the Besso Nami residence, there are four bedrooms. The main living area, kitchen, and dining space are located on the second floor in an open-plan layout of 160 square meters, which extends to the terrace. On the third floor, a unique office space is created, with a dome skylight providing natural light to the living room, crowned as the pinnacle feature of the entire building, creating a bright and illuminated space.
